Our approach

Less volume. More thinking.

Most medical visits are compressed into minutes. Ours are not. This practice is intentionally limited to a small panel of patients per physician — a structural decision, not a marketing one.

Direct physician involvement

You work with your physician at every step. Every lab is reviewed, every plan is written, and every follow-up is conducted by the doctor who knows your history — not a rotating team.

Time to analyze

A small panel means adequate time for what medicine actually requires: careful analysis of your data, deliberate decision-making, and follow-through between visits.

Continuity over years

Prevention is longitudinal by nature. The same physician follows your labs, imaging, and measurable outcomes over years — so decisions build on each other instead of starting over.

No fragmented visits. No rushed decisions. A full health assessment and strategy — with short- and long-term goals.

Who we serve

For people who take their health seriously.

Men and women who want physician-level attention on prevention, performance, and long-term health — and are willing to engage with the process.

This practice is designed for you if you…

  • Want physician-level analysis of your labs, risk factors, and long-term health trajectory
  • Care about body composition, performance, and healthspan — not just the absence of disease
  • Prefer one coherent, data-driven strategy over fragmented advice from disconnected visits
  • Are ready to invest real time and effort in your own health — training, nutrition, sleep, recovery

What we are not

  • Acute or urgent care, or sick visits
  • Routine administrative primary care services
  • A prescription mill, or a testosterone clinic
  • A one-size-fits-all protocol sold as personalization
We work in parallel with your primary care physician and specialist teams — communicating with them when appropriate, aligning recommendations with existing treatment plans, and referring you onward when higher-level or in-person care is required.

Live longer, healthier, optimally

We provide a full health assessment and strategy with short- and long-term goals.

No fragmented visits or rushed decisions.

The process

How it works.

A deliberate sequence — from mutual fit to long-term follow-up. Nothing rushed, nothing skipped.

01 — Application & fit

We begin with fit.

A brief application helps us assess clinical appropriateness and alignment of expectations — a short review of your goals and medical context.

Then, a short introductory call (up to 30 minutes) to explain the clinic, its services, and its structure. No obligation at any point.

02 — Comprehensive evaluation

An extensive onboarding visit.

Much of the groundwork — your medical, family, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, training, and recovery history, along with review and interpretation of your baseline labs — is completed beforehand. That leaves the visit itself, usually at least two hours, to focus on what matters most: what needs to change, and the plan to get there.

Cardiometabolic and brain-health risk stratification, and a clear definition of your short- and long-term goals.

03 — Personalized roadmap

A written plan, built for you.

Your roadmap may include nutrition and body-composition strategy, exercise and performance guidance, sleep and recovery optimization, and medications or supplementation when clinically indicated — including reconciling everything prescribed across your other providers, so nothing overlaps, duplicates, or interacts.

Every recommendation is individualized, evidence-based, and discussed transparently.

04 — Longitudinal follow-up

Care that adjusts as you do.

Follow-up is deliberately structured: a short, lifestyle-focused visit each month, and a longer physician visit — typically around 60 minutes, more when needed — every three months, with objective tracking through labs, imaging, and measurements throughout. When something isn't working, we adjust nutrition and training as often as weekly.

Every change is guided by your response, your data, and your evolving goals — a dynamic process, not a static protocol.

Programs

Our care programs.

Everyone begins with the same complete evaluation. From there, you and your physician choose one program to lead your care, while every program keeps a holistic view of your health. When no single area stands out, Longevity & Prevention serves as a broad, general foundation.

01

Cardiometabolic Health

Preventive cardiology for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, prediabetes, and long-term cardiovascular risk.

02

Weight & Body Composition

Lose fat and preserve lean muscle for the long term, through nutrition, training, and medical care.

03

Men’s Hormone & Androgen Health

Testosterone and TRT, plus medically rigorous, confidential recovery after steroid or PED use.

04

Performance & Recovery

Training, conditioning, recovery, and performance nutrition for active patients.

05

Longevity & Prevention

A proactive, biomarker-guided plan to prevent disease and preserve function. Our general foundation.

06

Sleep, Stress & Recovery

For when poor sleep, stress, or under-recovery is holding back everything else.

Membership

What membership includes.

One comprehensive evaluation to establish the foundation, then continuous physician-led care. The structure is deliberately simple.

First

The Initial Evaluation

A one-time, in-depth onboarding — the foundation of everything that follows.

  • A structured consultation with your physician, usually at least two hours
  • Complete history: medical, family, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, training, and recovery
  • Review of baseline and onboarding laboratory work
  • Cardiometabolic, brain-health, and long-term risk stratification
  • A written, personalized roadmap with defined short- and long-term goals
Ongoing

Continuous Membership

Longitudinal, physician-led care — month after month, year after year.

  • Structured follow-up — a lifestyle-focused visit monthly, a longer physician reassessment quarterly
  • Periodic laboratory testing and objective tracking of outcomes
  • Continuous refinement of your plan as your data and goals evolve
  • Secure messaging with physician responses within 24 hours on business days
  • Coordination with your primary care physician and specialists when appropriate

A note on fees

Oriva Health is a direct-pay practice: a one-time fee for the initial evaluation, and a flat monthly membership thereafter. We do not bill insurance. Laboratory testing, imaging, and medications are ordered through third parties and paid directly to them — transparently, with no markup from us. Full fees are reviewed during your introductory call, before any commitment is made.

The physician

Physician-led means exactly that.

Dr. Igor Carvalho de Oliveira, known as Dr. Igor Deoli — Founder and Medical Director of Oriva Health

Dr. Igor Carvalho de Oliveira

Founder & Medical Director · Known on social media as Dr. Igor Deoli

Oriva Health began with a conviction born of practice: good medicine needs time. A standard visit rarely allows enough of it — enough to understand a person's health in real depth, or to build a plan around their specific goals rather than the clock. Dr. Deoli founded Oriva to practice medicine the way it should be: unhurried, individual, and genuinely preventive.

A physician (MD) with more than a decade in medicine, he is board-certified in Preventive Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and completed his residency in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health along with a Master of Public Health at the University of Rochester. His work centers on preventive and lifestyle medicine, cardiovascular and metabolic health, weight management, sports and fitness, nutrition, and public health.

Oriva is built to deliver the best care he can offer — an exclusive practice, deliberately limited in size, where the standard never varies and every team member is trained directly by him or through the systems he designed. Every member works with him directly: every lab reviewed, every plan written, and every follow-up approved by the same physician.

“We are one team — physician, staff, and patient — and together we work, grow, and reach your goals.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does Oriva Health replace my primary care physician?

No. We do not provide acute or urgent care, sick visits, or routine administrative primary care. We work in parallel with your primary care physician and specialists — communicating with them when appropriate, aligning recommendations with existing treatment plans, and referring you to subspecialists when higher-level or in-person care is required.

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications and other peptides?

GLP-1–based therapies and other peptides may be considered as part of care after a comprehensive evaluation. Their use is weighed in the context of your symptoms, goals, metabolic health, lifestyle factors, prior treatment history, and overall risk profile. When appropriate, we review the potential benefits, limitations, and alternatives — and any treatment is integrated into a broader, structured plan rather than prescribed in isolation.

Do you prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

Testosterone therapy may be considered after a comprehensive assessment. Hormonal health is evaluated in context: symptoms, goals, laboratory data, lifestyle factors, and your overall health profile. When appropriate, potential benefits, risks, and alternatives are discussed in detail, and any treatment is accompanied by structured monitoring and follow-up.

Do you order advanced imaging, such as full-body MRI?

Advanced imaging, including full-body MRI, may be discussed and considered in selected cases. These decisions are guided by your individual goals, risk profile, and clinical context. The potential benefits, limitations, uncertainties, and the current lack of definitive outcome data are reviewed transparently before any imaging is pursued.

What laboratory testing is included?

Laboratory testing is ordered through third-party providers and paid directly to them — it is not bundled into the membership fee, and we add no markup. Depending on your clinical needs and goals, different levels of evaluation are available, including two structured lab tiers. Selection is guided by clinical context, not a one-size-fits-all panel.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Oriva Health is a private, direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This keeps the practice small, independent, and accountable only to you. All fees are discussed transparently during your introductory call, before any commitment. Membership is not health insurance and does not replace insurance coverage.

How do I become a member?

It begins with a brief application, reviewed for clinical appropriateness and fit. If the practice looks right for you, we schedule a short introductory call — up to 30 minutes — to walk through the clinic, its services, and its structure. Because each physician's panel is deliberately kept small, a waitlist may apply. There is no obligation at any point.

Limited availability

An intentionally small practice.

Oriva Health is selective and limited in size by design. If this approach aligns with how you think about your health and long-term prevention, request more information and we will be in touch with the details.

Share your details and we will send the information and pricing by email, along with a link to book an introductory call if you would like one. No obligation at any point.
