How it works

One evaluation. One integrated plan.

Every Oriva Health patient begins in the same place: a complete, physician-led evaluation. What follows is assigned by your physician based on your data — not chosen from a menu, and never sold.

The universal entry point

The Oriva Complete Evaluation.

A structured virtual clinical evaluation of at least two hours — not a physical exam with a lab printout. Your history and available records or outside results are gathered and reviewed beforehand, so the visit concentrates on interpretation and what to change. It examines cardiometabolic and brain-health risk, body composition, lifestyle, performance capacity, sleep, and recovery against your goals, and ends with a written roadmap.

What it covers

  • Complete medical, family, medication, and supplement history
  • Your goals, barriers, lifestyle patterns, and readiness to change
  • Appropriately obtained home readings and outside measurements, including vital signs, waist circumference, and body-composition results when available
  • Results from outside resting metabolic rate testing, when clinically useful and available

  • Nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, alcohol, and recovery assessment
  • Baseline laboratory evaluation through independent facilities, matched to your risks and goals
  • Cardiovascular and brain-health risk stratification, when appropriate
  • Program assignment and a written, personalized roadmap with defined short- and long-term goals
The evaluation is a complete, standalone clinical service — it carries no membership obligation. Many patients continue into ongoing care; the choice is yours, made after you have the roadmap in hand.

Programs & focus areas

Our care programs.

When you apply, you may tell us which area matters most to you. After your evaluation, you and your physician choose one program to lead your care, with focus areas layered in as clinically appropriate. Every program takes a holistic approach, so the full picture of your health stays in view. When no single concern dominates, the Longevity & Prevention program provides a broad, general foundation.

Program 01

Cardiometabolic Health

Preventive cardiology for high cholesterol and hypercholesterolemia (including familial hypercholesterolemia), high blood pressure, prediabetes and diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, fatty-liver risk, and elevated Lp(a) or cardiovascular risk. We work toward measurably better ApoB and lipid profiles, blood pressure, and glucose control, using lifestyle and medications from statins to PCSK9 inhibitors when indicated.

Areas of focus
  • Lipid Health — LDL-C, non-HDL-C, ApoB, Lp(a), triglycerides, and risk reduction
  • Blood Pressure — home and independent local measurements, sleep apnea screening, medication optimization
  • Glucose & Diabetes — A1c, insulin resistance, nutrition strategy, complication prevention
  • Metabolic Syndrome & Fatty-Liver Risk — visceral adiposity, liver markers, exercise prescription
Program 02

Weight & Body Composition

A physician-led body-composition program. We interpret outside metabolic or body-composition testing, provide medical care when clinically appropriate, and coordinate nutrition and training support with independent professionals. The goal is to reduce excess fat, preserve or build lean mass, and keep the results sustainable.

Areas of focus
  • Home measurements and outside body-composition or resting metabolic rate results
  • Medical review of protein, fiber, calorie, and meal-pattern strategy, with dietitian referral when needed
  • Training-load review and coordination with an independent coach or qualified exercise professional
  • Relapse prevention and long-term maintenance planning
Program 03

Men’s Hormone & Androgen Health

Structured, medically rigorous care for men with low testosterone, men on testosterone therapy (TRT), and men recovering after anabolic-androgenic steroid, SARM, or other PED use. This includes help restarting the body's own hormone production — the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis — and restoring your health after cycles, with confidential, nonjudgmental care. We do not initiate steroid cycles, prescribe supraphysiologic regimens, or provide doping-evasion advice.

Areas of focus
  • Testosterone Deficiency & TRT — diagnosis, treatment when appropriate, structured safety monitoring
  • Androgen Recovery & Complications — harm reduction, complication management, supervised discontinuation
  • Fertility-Conscious Hormone Care — preserving or restoring fertility, with specialist coordination
Program 04

Performance & Recovery

For recreational athletes, strength-training patients, runners, cyclists, fighters, and high-demand professionals. Virtual medical oversight of training load, conditioning, recovery, injury risk, and performance nutrition, coordinated with independent coaches, dietitians, and local clinicians when needed.

Areas of focus
  • Medical review of strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning demands
  • Readiness, fatigue, recovery, and injury-risk assessment
  • Coordination with independent coaches, sports dietitians, physical therapists, and other local clinicians
  • Clinically relevant review of fueling, hydration, sleep, symptoms, and medications
Program 05

Longevity & Prevention

Our general foundation, and the right fit for patients without one dominant diagnosis who want a proactive plan: prevent disease, preserve muscle and function, maintain independence, and improve long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health, guided by biomarkers.

Areas of focus
  • Cardiometabolic risk assessment — blood pressure, lipids, ApoB, glucose, body composition
  • Strength, aerobic fitness, balance, mobility, and functional capacity
  • Nutrition quality, sleep, stress, and behavior support
  • Preventive screening coordination and appropriate referrals
Program 06

Sleep, Stress & Recovery

Woven into every program — and a standalone focus when poor sleep, high stress, insomnia symptoms, shift work, suspected sleep apnea, or under-recovery is the main barrier between you and every other outcome.

Areas of focus
  • Sleep duration, timing, quality, and consistency review
  • Obstructive sleep apnea risk screening and referral when indicated
  • Stress, burnout, and coping-pattern assessment
  • Recovery planning for patients training intensely
Program 07

Bodybuilding Health & Recovery

Currently offered through virtual, physician-led care for adult physique athletes before, during, and after contest preparation. We assess the health effects of prolonged energy restriction, intense training, extreme leanness, disclosed performance-enhancing drug use, and post-show recovery, while coordinating outside testing and referrals with your coach and other independent professionals, with your consent.

Areas of focus
  • Pre-prep risk assessment and individualized plans for outside monitoring
  • Low energy availability and REDs-related symptoms, including fatigue, sleep, mood, injury, and reproductive or sexual health
  • Late-prep risk review, clear stop rules, and a local emergency plan — not medical clearance for extreme practices
  • Post-show appetite, eating behavior, endocrine and metabolic recovery, and recovery-first recomposition
How this works in practice: a patient with high ApoB, elevated blood pressure, and increased waist circumference might lead with the Cardiometabolic Health program. A recreational athlete seeking strength and recovery might lead with Performance & Recovery. A physique athlete preparing for or recovering from a show might lead with Bodybuilding Health & Recovery. A focus area simply shows where your care concentrates; every member receives the same comprehensive virtual evaluation. Laboratory work, imaging, physical examinations, testing, and medications are provided through independent third parties and billed separately.

Ongoing care

The rhythm of care.

If you continue past the evaluation, care follows a deliberate cycle — reviewed, adjusted, and reassessed against your data.

Daily

AI-assisted review & evidence scouting

Every day, our AI systems review a de-identified version of your health information against your goals, roadmap, and recommendations, flagging patterns for your Oriva physician. The AI never receives your name or other direct identifiers and cannot identify you. It also scouts newly published research and updated clinical recommendations across every field Oriva treats, helping keep your care aligned with current evidence. AI adds to — never replaces — manual review and physician judgment. It does not diagnose, prescribe, make final decisions, or provide emergency monitoring.

~ Day 30

Review & adjustment visit

A focused, lifestyle-oriented physician visit (about 20–30 minutes): how the roadmap is landing, what the early data shows, and what to adjust.

~ Day 60

Second review & adjustment

Another short, lifestyle-focused visit (about 20–30 minutes) — adherence, response, and refinements before the full reassessment.

~ Day 90

Comprehensive reassessment

A 60-minute physician reassessment — longer when needed — with review of labs and relevant data, and a revised roadmap. Then the cycle repeats — this is longitudinal medicine, not a program that ends.

Between visits

Secure messaging

Nonurgent questions about your active plan are reviewed during business hours, with responses typically within one business day. When something is not working, your physician reviews the plan between visits and, with your consent, coordinates changes with your independent coach, dietitian, or other clinician.

Membership is month to month, with no minimum commitment, and may be cancelled at any time through the same channels used to enroll. New, urgent, or complex concerns may require a separate visit or local in-person care. A lapse in care longer than 120 days requires a new comprehensive evaluation before membership can resume.

Clinical boundaries

We focus on being a virtual medical practice.

Oriva Health is not a supplement shop, a steroid clinic, or a wellness brand. We do not market hormones as generic performance enhancement. Even when we work alongside bodybuilding coaches and support athletes clinically, we do not design cycles, prescribe cosmetic diuretics, direct dehydration or electrolyte manipulation, or provide doping-evasion advice. Care is evidence-informed, carefully documented, and honest about uncertainty.

Oriva is currently accepting new patients for virtual care only. Physical examinations, laboratory work, imaging, ECGs, procedures, urgent treatment, and specialist care occur through independent outside providers and facilities. When necessary, we refer to cardiology, endocrinology, urology, reproductive endocrinology, sleep medicine, hepatology, mental health, or other local care and say so plainly.

Coordination

One doctor who sees the whole picture.

Modern care is fragmented — a specialist here, a primary-care visit there, and no one holding the full view. Your Oriva physician becomes that connection: reviewing what your other doctors and outside facilities find, reconciling every medication and supplement across your providers so nothing overlaps, duplicates, or interacts, and keeping one coherent plan year over year. When local or specialist care is needed, we coordinate it and stay the constant thread through it.

Your Oriva care is led by your physician. When nutrition, training, mental-health, or specialty support is needed, we coordinate with your existing professionals or refer you to independent outside providers. With your specific consent, your physician can share relevant information and align the medical plan with your coach or other professionals while keeping clinical decisions independent. Outside providers are not Oriva staff and bill separately.

Membership

How membership works.

The evaluation stands alone

The Complete Evaluation is a full clinical service in its own right — history, testing review, risk stratification, and a written roadmap. No membership obligation attached.

Ongoing care is optional

One flat monthly membership, month to month, cancel anytime. It covers the 30/60/90-day visit cycle, secure messaging, and continuous refinement of your plan.

Fees, transparently

Labs, imaging, and medications are ordered through third parties and paid directly to them — no markup. Full fees are reviewed in your introductory call, before any commitment. No clinical outcome is guaranteed; we commit to attention and process, not promises.

Limited availability

Begin with the evaluation.

A brief application, a short introductory call, and — if we are the right fit — a comprehensive evaluation that ends with your roadmap. No obligation at any point.
