1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of orivahealth.com (the “Site”), operated by Oriva Health, a brand (DBA) of Deolify Health and Research LLC (“Oriva Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Not medical advice; no physician–patient relationship
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Its content — including articles — is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Using the Site, joining the waitlist, or contacting us does not create a physician–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Membership in the practice, when available, is not health insurance and does not replace a primary care physician.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older who are located in the United States. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses your interest in the practice and allows us to contact you. It does not create any obligation on your part or ours, is not an application for treatment, and is not a guarantee that services will be offered to or accepted for you. Any future clinical relationship will be governed by separate agreements provided at that time.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, articles, graphics, logos, and the Oriva Health name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Oriva Health and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system; interfering with the Site’s operation or security; using automated means to scrape or harvest content or data except as permitted; submitting false information; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, our email provider and hosting provider). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party’s own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oriva Health, Deolify Health and Research LLC, Carvalho de Oliveira Medicine PLLC, and their respective owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
