About Oriva
Oriva Health is a physician-led preventive medicine practice for people who want a more deliberate approach to long-term health. We are currently accepting new patients for virtual care only.
Our story
Oriva began with a belief shaped by years of medical practice: good medicine needs time. Time to understand a person's history, interpret the full pattern in their data, and build a plan that serves both immediate goals and long-term health.
Dr. Igor Carvalho de Oliveira—known on social media as Dr. Igor Deoli—founded Oriva to create that kind of relationship: a deliberately small practice where providers remain directly involved, decisions build on one another, and patients can begin with a comprehensive assessment whether or not they continue into ongoing care.
What guides us
A limited panel creates space for careful analysis, individualized decisions, and meaningful follow-through.
The same providers follow each member's history, results, response, and goals over time.
Clinical evidence matters most when it is interpreted against the person, their risks, and the life they want to lead.
Brand vision
The longer vision for Oriva brings its clinical philosophy into a space for conversation and examination, advanced health and performance testing, and a members' training studio with access to fitness professionals.
Welcome & conversationA composed lounge that feels private, warm, and unhurried.
Clinical examinationA dedicated setting for thoughtful in-person assessment.

Founder & Medical Director
Known online as Dr. Igor Deoli, Dr. Carvalho de Oliveira is board-certified in Preventive Medicine and holds an MD and MPH. He founded Oriva to offer the kind of careful, longitudinal medical relationship that shaped his own view of how prevention should be practiced.
